nature : Long known as brain or 2-camphane alcohol. A one terpene alcohols. Six square white translucent crystal. Density 1.011. The temperature of 208 ° C (203 ° C minimum). The boiling point 212 ° C. Polarimetry +37.44 ° (alcohol solution). It smells like camphor. Soluble ethanol, ethyl ether, very little water soluble. Extreme sublimation. Oxidation generation camphor.
