The transmitting side is equipped with chip steering section 30 that performs a chip steering that shifts the allocation of NxM chip elements upon their respective subcarriers by one chip for every transmission unit in sequence, and the receiving side is equipped with a parallel/serial conversion section and an inverse chip steering section that rearranges the allocation of the chip elements shifted in chip steering section 30 back to original.At the transmission side, there is provided a chip steering unit (30) for performing chip steering which successively displaces arrangement of M x N chip components obtained from the spreading unit, on each sub-carrier by one chip. At the reception side, between a parallel/serial converter and a de-spreading unit, there is provided a reverse chip steering unit for restoring the arrangement of the chip components which have been displaced by the chip steering unit (30). |
