    On the shaft around which the small vehicle rotates, a large annular magnet (N pole) is mounted; or on the iron tube joining the small vehicle and near the vehicle, an N-pole magnet is mounted. On the side of vehicle oposite to the shaft, an S-pole magnet with the same area as the N-pole magnet is mounted. Because of the mutual attraction of N-pole and S-pole magnets, the vehicle rotates continuously under the action of uniformly rotating centripetal force.
