The said slow-releasing prepn has following two features. One is the long retention period of medicine in stomach and direct action of medicine onto focus of infection without passing through absorption, metabolism and redistribution. The other is the strengthening of protection of gastric mucosa and the decrease of ulcer recurrence rate, that is, the medicine or the vehicle forms a layer of protection film onto focus of infection, which promotes the regeneration and healing of epithelial cells in mucosa of ulcer area. |
