After pretreatment including washing, defatting and protein-removing, the fresh placenta amnion is passed through medicine treatment, connection, folding, desiccation, shaping, package and disinfection to obtain the said tectorial membrane. The medicine for treatment is mainly antibiotic, preferably chlohexidine acetate. The said tectorial membrane for wound surface features its excellent flexibility, adhesion, and moisture and air permeability. It has the functions of disinfection, antiphlogistication, anti-infection and promoting healing. After wound heals, the said tectorial membrane drops down itself and results in smooth healed surface and no pigmentation. |
