    The present invention relates to a biological medicine preparing method, especially, preparation process of scorpion venom polypeptide. The preparation process includes charging column balancing, elution, charging sample, gradient elution, inspection, packing and other steps. The process produces colorless or yellowish liquid scorpion venom polypeptide, which may be used in producing scorpion venom polypeptide freeze drying powder with wide application in medical field.
