    The ginsenoside enzymatically hydrolyzing process to prepare 20-beta-D-pyranoglucosyl protopanoxadiol includes hydrolysis step and collection step. The persent invention features that glycosyl in glycol type ginsenoside molecula is site excised by using cheap glusulase to produce the desired compound 20-beta-D-pyranoglucosyl protopanoxadiol. The said process is simple, low in cost and high in yield, and the product is used in preparing antitumor medicine.
