    The present invention shows a signal processor used for transfering and receiving data at the same time of making transparency in vidio bandwidth. Said processor can make said data pass through a grating instrument at a horizontal-scanning rate in transmitter, and make it multiply by non-integer of the horizontal-scanning rate, and then uses a data carrier to modulate said data to obtain frequency interlace. Said data can be transfered in the scanning vidio period of each vidio line.
