The coating mterial consists of base mterial, auxiliary material and water, in which the weight of water is 1-2.5 times that of (base material + auxiliary mterial), the later is comprised of (wt.%) quartz or zircon 55-95%m, kaolin fire-proof clay 3.5-40%, water glass or silicasol 1-5%, sodium carbonate orcaustic soda 0.1-0.5%, sodium ethyloic cellulose 0.01-0.1%, in the said clay, the amount of granules with size less than 10 micron is not less than 45%, in which the amount of granules with size less than 1 micron is not less than 1.5%. The coating material features good high temperature stability, good dispersion performance, able to obtain a rough coating on bucket surface in centrifugal casting. |
