    The present invention relates to a dynamic fixed-point and position monitoring system for city car. It is an anti-theft, anti-hijacking and tracking equipment for car. It mainly includes the vehicle-mounted transmitter, fixed-point receivers installed on roads, central data processor installed in central monitoring room and district map display. The transmitter power is small, generally in the range of 200m. and the fixed-point receivers and its central data processor are connected by means of city telephone lines, and its signal transmission is implemented by using dual voice-frequency mode. Once the characteristic signals of car colour, car type and license plate are given out by said vehicle-mounted transmitter, those signals can be received by fixed-point receiver, and is transferred to its central data processor, and finally the accurate position of the warned car can be displayed by district map.
