The present invention belongs to the field of computer software technology. The current standard Chinese pronunciation phonetic input editing method is short of input of traditional tone symbols, so that the standard Chinese pronunciation output is very slow, and it is not easy to resolve the retroflex sounds or nasal sounds which are very small in difference, so that it has need of taking all the characters which can be combined by using them on their phonemes, and therefore, this method is very backward. Said invention adopts such technical measures of ordinal position, polarization , off normal, zero bit, borrow, complement bit, zone bit and ignore bit in its editing method to examine and approve the position of every phoneme so as to quicken the standard Chinese pronunciation output. It can be used in computer typing and stenography, and can notably raise their efficiency.
