    A novel application of angelica polyose in the orally-applied precursor medicine for localized releasing in colon is disclosed, which features that said angelica polyose is used as the carrier of active medicine. Under the action of enzyme or bacteria in colon, said active medicine and angelica polyose are disintegrated, and the angelica polyose can play its role of protecting mucosa, regulating immunity, resisting oxidization, and cooperating with the active medicine for higher curative effect.
