    The present invention relates to a piezoelectric filter avoiding the defect of the known technology. More particularly, a preferable embodiment of the present invention provides an improved piezoelectric filter comprising two energy trapped wave type piezoelectric filter, the earthed electrode of each energy trapped wave type piezoelectric filter located inside the piezoelectricity substrate and the vibratory second harmonic operation are extended by means of thickness, so that the improved piezoelectric filter having stable filter characteristics is provided.
