    A high-strength solidified material formed by solidifying metal, such as iron, material powder by plastic working using hydrostatic pressurizing and offered as a high-strength, high-toughness steel product having an average grain size in a crystal structure of not larger than 5 mu m and further an ultra-fine structure of not larger than 3 mu m. Furthermore, the present invention provides a steel material included in the high strength solidification body, which contains oxide grain 0.2 mum or less in diameter at a volume ratio of from 0.5 to 60%.
