    A safety warning method and device for motorcycle in static state is disclosed. After the engine of motorcycle is ignited, the actions of throttle, horn and brake are sequentially examined. After a predefined time period is escaped and ony of the throttle, horn and brake dose not work, it sends out a warning signal. After another predefined time period is escaped and any of them dose not still work, the electric power is turned off. Said deive is composed of controller, warning unit and turning-off unit.
