A chitosan and fibroin mixed microsphere is prepared through dissolving fibroin in CaCl2-H2O-alcohol solution, dialyzing, mixing with solution of chitosan in acetic acid, mixing with atoleine and dewatered sorbitol laurate, adding ethyl acetate and glutaraldhyde and drying. Said microsphere can be used as slow-releasing carrier of medicine.
