The temp. management method for reefer transportation includes two portions of material flow and information flow. Firstly, according to the parameters of class and quality of goods to be transported, time interval for transportation, operation time and cold-holding agent property it utilizes the cold-holding agent and goods heat-transferring coupling model and meteorological parameter forecasting model to calculate the dose of cold-holding agent; then the sensor probe of temp. monitoring device, required cold-holding agent and goods are placed in the heat-insulating package box; in the course of transportation the temp. monitoring device can be used for making real-time recording or/and display and warning and prompting, after the goods are reached to destination, it is connected with computer by means of serial interface, and the computer can be used for printing out temp. change report file of goods. |
