    The present invention relates to a preparation method of gastro-intestinal biological adherent microsphere medicine preparation. Said invention selects and uses the medicine which can be orally absorbed, microsphere carrier material and biological adherent material as raw material, uses polar organic solvent as dispersion phase medium and non-polar organic medium as continuous phase, and adopts emulsification-air flow solvent evaporation process to prepare medicine-contained gastro-intestinal biological adherent microsphere. Said microphere has good gastro-intestinal adhesiveness and slowly-released effect.
