The present invention relates to a heat-resisting freeze-dried protection agent for chicken influenza freeze-dried vaccine and its preparation process. All the components of said protection agent are mixed according to a certain ratio, and it is characterized by that all the effective components of said protection agent must be respectively undergone the process of sterilization treatment; (1) for lactose, dextrin and gelatin which can be sterilized at high pressure dissolving them in distilled water according to respective ratio, sterilizing for 30-40 min. at 116 deg.C; (2) for thermolabile components of sorbitol, arginine, sodium glutamate and Vc dissolving them in distilled water according to respective ratio, and using filtering membrane whose pore diameter is 0.22 microns to make filtration and sterilization; then mixing the above-mentioned two portions so as to obtain the invented freeze-dried heat-resisting protection agent. |
