The invention relates to a method to extract naringin monomer from pomelo (like Shatian pomelo), slicing up or crush pomelo, extracting by water for one or many times, filtering and combining filtrates; condensing the filtrate into extract, applying the extract on column after alcohol deposition or directly, making column separation, and eluting by organic solvent; volatilize the solvent from the eluent to obtain rough product; then recrystallizing for many times to obtain naringin crystal. The extraction yields of naringin from Shatian pemelo are all above 85% and the naringin monomer content in the obtained naringin sample reaches above 98%. |
