    This invention relates to a switch circuit used in large resistance difference load in cold and hot state realized in the following scheme: the said circuit includes a thyristor device characterizing in including a secondary harmonic reducing device, its input is connected with the thyristor device, the output is linked with its control pole, in which, the secondary harmonic reducing device output preheat pulse to control connection of the thyristor to realize smooth conduction and finally provide rated current to the load.
