    A composite material containing hollow-granules for building, kiln, and agricultural purpose is composed of base raw materials (coal gangue powder, industrial slag powder, cement, alumina powder, high-Al alumina powder, or zirconium-corundum powder) and aggregate (hollow granules). Its preparing process includes mixing coal gangue powder and/or industrial slag powder and/or cement, water, foaming agent and hollow granules, vibration moulding, and applying pressure, or includes mixing alumina powder and/or hollow alumina granules and water, die pressing, baking and calcining. Its advantages are light weight, and excellent heat and sound insulations.
