    A nano-class crystal Ti-alloy for medical purpose is prepared through preparing TiO2 powder from TiCl4 by the sol-gel method, proportionally mixing it with iron oxide powder and the oxide of B, Zn or Ni, cold isostatic die-pressing under 300 MPa for 10-20 min, and sintering at 1300 deg.C under 23 MPa. Its advantages are 90nm size crystal, and high surface energy.
