    A composite magnetic particle for biologic and medical purposes is prepared from (5-8)-nm superparamagnetic Fe3O4 crystals as kernel, coating SiO2 layer twice in water phase and organic phase, and modifying particle surface by silanizing agent. Its advantages are high biologic compatibility, firm binding of kernel, and wide application range.
