Eccentric wheel with low starting torque force comprises a rotary axle, a rotary arm, an eccentric hammer and a distance regulator. The first terminal of the rotary arm perpendicularly connects to the rotary axle. The rotary arm rotates around the rotary axle when the rotary axle rotating. The mass center of the eccentric hammer keeps a certain distance with the axial center. The eccentric hammer connects to the rotary arm by distance regulator. When the rotary axle drives the rotary arm to rotate, the distance regulator is effected by centrifugal force so as to increase the distance between the mass center and axial center position of the rotary axle, i.e. the eccentric hammer mass center is far away from the axial center of the rotary axle. |
