The bearing is no wear, low startup torque and maintains inherent advantages of the dynamical pressure air-floating bearing, largely reduces the requirement and cost of the dynamical pressure air-floating bearing surface treatment. Regulation of the ''center point drift rate'' Psi based on the different requirement enables the system to have different output characteristic so as to make the dynamical pressure air-floating bearing apply for medium and large equipments. |
