    Magnetic suspension and dynamical pressure air-floating composite bearing is provided. The magnetic suspension magnetic pole surface disposes a dynamical pressure groove. The magnetic suspension magnetic pole constitutes part or whole dynamical pressure air-floating working face. The invention eliminates the dry friction state in the start and stop process. The bearing is no wear, low startup torque and maintains inherent advantages of the dynamical pressure air-floating bearing, largely reduces the requirement and cost of the dynamical pressure air-floating bearing surface treatment. Regulation of the ''center point drift rate'' Psi based on the different requirement enables the system to have different output characteristic so as to make the dynamical pressure air-floating bearing apply for medium and large equipments.
