This invention discloses an oDF LCD panel and its process method, wherein, the panel comprises one upper base plate and one down base plate and the method comprises the following steps: first to coat an layer of initial material of alignment film in the upper surface of down base plate and the down surface of the upper base plate with PI and PAA; second to make a hard burning to convert PAA into PI with seventy to ninety percent of PI content to the its total converted content; third to form a frame glue around the upper surface of the down base plate; fourth to provide at least one drop of liquid crystal into the central part of the base plate; fifth to fold the upper and down base plates in low air intensity. |
