The present invention is the process of setting up HPLC fingerprint of Pithecellobium clypearia benth and its standard fingerprint. First, Pithecellobium clypearia benth as medicine material is crushed and reflux extracted, the extracted liquid is concentrated, ethyl acetate extracted and decompress distilled to eliminate solvent, and the residue is dissolved in acetonitrile to obtain the test sample solution. Then, HPLC fingerprint of Pithecellobium clypearia benth is obtained through HPLC analysis of the test sample solution in Merck Lichrospher 100 RP-18e chromatographic column with flow phase comprising KDP solution and acetonitrile for gradient elution and detection at wavelength of 210 nm. The standard fingerprint of Pithecellobium clypearia benth is obtained through comparing the fingerprints of 22 batches of Pithecellobium clypearia benth medicine material and determining the common fingerprint characteristics. |
