    The invention relates to a method for preparing Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 ceramic composite separating film, wherein it comprises that: using microwave heating method to prepare Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 composite gel to be plated on the porous alpha- Al2O3 ceramic tube; sintering at 900-1000Deg. C, to obtain the Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 composite film. The inventive film is used to treat middle water. And the inventive production has short time and high quality. The mol ratio between Al2O3, SiO2, and ZrO2 is 8:2. 3:1-10:2. 3:1; the pH value is 3. 4-4. 5; the microwave power is 500-900W; the heating time is tens seconds. The ceramic tube plated with composite gel is heated in microwave oven for several minutes, to be dried; the composite film after sintered has main crystal phase as gamma-Al2O3 and t-ZrO2, while SiO2 is not shaped. The test has proved that: after 1200Deg. C sintering, there is no phase change from gamma-Al2O3 to alpha-Al2O3. The inventive film has reach drinking water standard.
